Invisalign Philadelphia - Clear Braces & Invisible Aligners
Invisalign® Elite Provider
Philadelphia dental patients are enjoying straighter teeth and a healthier bite thanks to the Invisalign® Elite Preferred Providers at Advanced Family Smiles. Invisalign is an innovative alternative to traditional metal braces, using custom-crafted, form-fitting dental trays. They offer a completely clear-colored and removable solution to a more beautiful smile and a more confident you. At Advanced Family Smiles in Philadelphia, we are proud to have among the distinguished dentists on our staff, Dr. Dilip Dudhat, who has earned the elite provider status and continues to correct smiles for patients who choose the alternative clear aligner procedure.
The Invisalign Process
Invisalign begins with an initial consultation with your north Philadelphia preferred dentist. A 3D model is made of your teeth and transmitted to specialized technicians who will design a series of custom aligners. The Advanced Family Smiles team will review and approve the plan, and your first series of aligners are sent home to begin treatment. Compared to patients using metal braces, Invisalign patients require fewer follow-up and monitoring appointments—yet another reason why Invisalign is setting a new standard for tooth-straightening.
Why Choose Invisalign?
While the idea of metal-free braces is particularly appealing to adults, Invisalign can be a viable orthodontic solution for teens as well. Teens and parents alike appreciate being able to remove their trays for photos and special events, as well as having a comfortable alternative to metal braces which can cut or injure the inside of the mouth. All patients are qualified at the office as it takes a dedication to treatment to procure the desired results.
Patients wear their custom trays for twenty-two hours per day, and since the trays are removed for meals, patients enjoy unrestricted access to their favorite foods. Compared to metal braces, Invisalign trays offer an incredibly convenient, flexible path.
While a nicely balanced smile is great for your self-confidence, but there's more to straight teeth than just looking good. Malocclusion (misaligned or crooked teeth) can lead to wear and tear on the jaw. Patients may also find that crooked and misaligned teeth are more difficult if not impossible to clean properly.
